Very poor service today sadly. I arrived with a parcel for DPD but they refused to take it since it was too heavy" for the staff to carry (9kg). Supremely disappointing since I was keen to support my local business. I also made the point that DPD would be the ones collecting the parcel

Went to drop off a parcel in March and after waiting for the manager for 10 minutes they told me it was a health and safety hazard to accept a heavy" parcel. Previously I would always offer to put the parcel where they wanted and then the DPD courier would pick up and collect. Obviously a hazard looking at so they refused it. They won't be getting my custom ever again with that attitude. They helpfully told me there was a shop in Cheltenham which would take it - 2 hours before the first race of the Cheltenham Festival!! Don't offer a service if you don't provide it. Truly pathetic. If you have a DPD parcel don't waste your time with here and go to the one near the racecourse who always accept parcels."
