Easy Bus

Disaster! waited for over 2 hours at Gatwick airport, the bus I was booked onto was 4:20pm.This didnot arrive and a bus arrived at 5:30 to say he was going on his dinner break, the next bus arrive about 1 hour later was full and the driver unloaded some people and drove off.I left the stop at this stage and bought a ticket for the National Express Bus.I didnot use the Easy Bus service for my return journey as I had no faith in them being at the stop in London and getting me back to Gatwick for my return flight.

EasyBus is now operated by National Express so when buying tickets from EasyBus remember to hop on the National Express buses (which are white, not orange).This is a very good thing, because the buses are much larger than the original EasyBus ones, which means you can always hop on an earlier bus if you arrive earlier and there isn't much chance there won't be a place for you. There is also much more storage for your bags (check the allowance anyway beforehand).It's still worth buying tickets on the EasyBus web site because they're cheaper: make sure you check the whole route as it's possible there are more convenient stops for you before the last one (unless you actually need to go to the last one!).From Luton, you can end up on Victoria or Liverpool Street, both very central and well connected stations, so you'll be able to get anywhere in London.

They have ripped me off! I have been waited for more than an one hour in the bus station last night and I was very close to miss the flight because of them! How can a London-based company offer such bad services?! I will definitely think to sue them for all the stress they have caused me!

What a rip off. They were happy to take our booking but didn't supply the bus. The one we booked was overbooked and we were denied boarding. The next one didn't show up and we had to catch a train. They ignored our request for refund. I've read so many horror stories since about every second service not showing up and safety concerns. Avoid like the plague.

DO NOT USE EASY BUS!Absolutely terrible company. The regulator should shut them down. We booked a 3.30am bus from London to Luton and A bus did turn up at 3.30. However the driver said only ticket holders with 3.35 could board. We were in a crowd of around 20-30 and absolutely nobody had a ticket saying 3.35. Everyone had 3.30am. Bus driver said ‘right I only have 9 seats so first 9 can get on’. We just happened to just be standing nearish the door at the time so managed to get in on seats 7 and 8. Most people who had booked that bus were not able to get on. If we had missed that bus we would have been forced to get a very expensive taxi and almost certainly no refund or expenses. We will never travel Easy Bus again as long as we live and feel like we were inceadibly lucky. Most of others weren’t and were understandably very angry and very upset.They will- mess up your booking time- overbook the bus you want to travel on- give no information as to what is happeningBook another bus company and avoid this one at all costs or you could end up paying for a taxi or worse - miss your flight.

Horrible. Bus left the airport 45 minutes late, there wasn't any information or phone to call. Meanwhile there were lots of national express and green line buses leaving the airport every 5 minutes. It is worth paying 5 pounds more in order to travel with a trustable bus company.

Unreliable schedule, rude to passengers, not to mention the uncomfortable seats. On several occasions there was no bus for more than one hour to pick up passengers and then the scheduled service would refuse to pick up displaced and delayed travelers.The worst part is when you actually travel TO the airport, and it happened a few times that no shuttle would show up. On some occasions I had to take the train, thankfully I left enough time before the flight, but I also ended up sharing an #uber with 3 fellow stranded passengers. No customer service, I submitted refund requests, yet haven't received any feedback.Their license should be revoked.

I once booked easybus from Baker Street in London, to go to Luton airport. The bus was about 25 minutes late and i had to get on different bus operated by a different company , pay another full price ticket in order to not miss my flight. there were a few of us waiting for easy bus that never arrived, we tried talking to another drive from easybus and he wouldn't take us, even though he was going to Luton and had spare seats.terrible experience, lots of stress and lost money! shame on easybus!

Hi, i NEVER make reviews but this deserves it. If you buy a ticket for 10:25, dont buy it, they oversell tickets so if you arrive one hour before MAYBE you will get at the bus scheduled. If you dont make it, you stay in line and NOT in first priority, they let the ones of 10:55 first, and if thetes space then 10:25 ticket holders. I just wanted to say this has been the most retarded logistics ever i have seen in any company. I have seen better logistics in a pre-school class!!!!!
