last year we bought a gate from this company and was offered installation, for not much more, they mounted the gate on to a concrete post however a few days later the concrete post cracked near the base, I called them back t fit a 6x6 wooden post which seemed stronger, however this post started to lean with the weight of the gate, they came out to sort it a 3rd time, which we were told this will be now set! 3 days after the gate was re hung the post was leaning again. we called them to come out again, this time they tried blaming the fence foundations and soft soil and also postcrete? but after 3 weeks of nobody attending, I decided to re set the post myself, upon digging out the surface concrete that they had put down there was nothing lower than a few cm, further inspection found that the side of the post had nothing but a void approx 2cm wide, no soil, no aggregate , no concrete just a hollow. this was filled with concrete and up until now there hasn't been any movement
