I bought a replacement screen for a 11-year old HP laptop from Require IT and am very happy with both the prompt service, the quality of packaging prior to despatch and of course, the screen itself.Priced lower than most other vendors with next business-day delivery, I couldn't be happier. I found them on eBay as I needed a replacement screen for my Acer Predator laptop. The staff is very cooperative - the screen is quite specific for the model so I needed their help for choosing the correct model. Fitted perfectly! I ordered a replacement laptop screen from Require IT and promptly received correspondence to check that the screen would fit my laptop. The staff were incredibly helpful, patient and considerate and, once we identified that the part was correct, dispatched it quickly and kept me informed throughout. The delivery was quick and the packaging protective. The part fitted and works perfectly. I would definitely use this company again.

It was difficult finding a Class I IPS panel for my Dell laptop, as most places only stock Class II. Require IT Ltd had the part I required and delivered it promptly. (Class I is for Military, Hospital or other Critical applications. Class II is the common class for consumer equipment.) I would recommend Require IT Ltd.

Used this company to order a replacement LCD screen for an old HP laptop. I was surprised that a new screen would still be available for such an old laptop, and at a pretty reasonable price, so placed the order via ebay. The replacement screen arrived ahead of the promised date and was very well packed. Opened up the screen was exactly as listed and identical to the faulty unit. A quick swap and my laptop was back up and running like new. Excellent service

Bought a replacement touch screen for a Microsoft Surface Book. It arrived very quickly and very well packaged. Unfortunately the screen didn't work quite as we had hoped - although in fairness this may not have been down to the screen itself. Regardless, when I got in touch with them, they couldn't have been more helpful; just send it back, we'll check it, and send you another one. 2 days later, the next screen arrived and is absolutely perfect.Extremely happy with the product, and the customer service was absolutely flawless - prompt, polite and did everything possible to help. Thoroughly recommend.

We made an order from Germany to replace an old LED screen for Samsung laptop.In an email I was asked to take pictures of the back of the screen with labels, to make sure we receive the correct type. Soon after sending the photos we received the parcel with a screen.The employees are very friendly and  responsible, communication is excellent, the screen works perfectly.I would highly recommend this company.

Bought a replacement screen for daughters laptop unfortunately I ordered incorrectly, I sent an email explaining my situation and got a reply almost instantly, I sent the screen back and within 24 hours my PayPal was credited and i ordered the correct screen recommended by Require IT, new item was delivered within 24hrs of ordering and worked a treat. Would definitely recommend excellent customer service and fast delivery.

Ordered a replacement LCD through their Ebay site. I was impressed by very fast shipping and packaging. Item was packaged very well and arrived safely to Spain. It is always uncomfortable to order something delicate and have it shipped to another country, but this company does it very well. This company is a good alternative to EU customers who need replacement LCDs for their laptops.
