Really good Chinese - only thing is they sometimes miss things off your order so best to get them to read the order back after taking it !

Ordered six different meals…beef didn’t taste like beef, pork was tough. Just pure stodge covered in any sweet sticky sauce. £35 of food gone straight in the bin…better there though than in my stomach!

Decide after a long period to retry this takeaway and was so disappointed by the quality. Started with the spring rolls which TBH were very nice. Unfortunately the remainder was well below our expectation - Special chow mien in gravy was basically a portion of super noodles covered in various meats with no gravy - sweet sour chicken Hong Kong style was covered in what tasted like ketchup flavoured sauce with chicken so chewy ( Ive had chicken feet before and thats what it chewed like). Our Beef & Grn pepper black bean sauce was nothing to write further about and lets finished by the yellow Chernobyl looking egg fried rice which was pland tasting. Staff and service were nice but i along with my dining friends would have hoped for better tasting food. Thankfully there are other carry outs in Wooton Basset that are far better in price and quality.

Ordered over phone got order wrong then when got home the food had been reheated and package full of cooking fat And was unedible called them to complain they want us to return the food 7 miles away Poor customer service

Used to be good, but not anymore. Gave them a couple of tries recently and was hugely disappointed on both occasions. Last time it was when they quietly changed the recipe (for cheaper ingredients) but haven't updated the menu; when I discovered that after arriving home & called to discuss the problem - told me they'd always done it that way and that the quality noodles had to be a special order. Needles to say they didn't agree to redo the order. Won't shop there again - there's plenty of more customer-friendly Chinese takeaway places in RWB.

I am really sad I have to write this review as the food here is normally really, really great!Tonight was sadly very different.1st I had to wait nearly 25 mins more for my food than the 10-15 mins I was quoted on the phone, when I ordered. No apology for keeping me waiting.Sadly my chow mien was pretty bland and my crispy sweet and sour pork balls had a very strange taste to them which worried me.I called to make them aware of this and I got a ‘thank you for letting us know’ response. No apologies or offer of replacing the food.The only reason I am writing this review is so that the management are aware of the issue as there is email address listed on their websiteI’m really disappointed tonight.

Ok good. Had it for years, but its just been OK. Received a dry reheated/microwaved Crispy duck for the second time. Given the price, you expect better.Moved to Golden City instead.How can you deliver a reheated dish which you charge £20 for? Terrible

Terrible food recooked, awful customer service when i complained they expected me to return the food immediately for a refund as long as i havent eaten any they would refund it! Sorry i tried tasting it and it was terrible when i looked into the packet it was very greasy recooked sweet and sour battered chicken. Also wrong meal in the order not right. We used to be customers for years but the last order was not right either and we wont be going back ever again.
