I ordered a gift for a friend which was received very quickly after it was ordered. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a mix-up and I received someone else's order (they received mine). The error was quickly identified and I returned the item, the postage being refunded as soon as the item was received by Rugby Plus. My order arrived with three working days of my returning the item I'd received. The extra item included was both a nice touch and appreciated.Cathy, whom I spoke to, was both helpful and very pleasant in the phone. I accept that errors sometimes happen, but the way in which they're dealt with makes all the difference. The very efficient manner in which this was dealt with means that I will have no hesitation buying from Rugby Plus in future.

The online experience is great, easy to navigate around the site and plenty of fantastic products. If that isn't enough for you, they even have a kit designer on their website!!Definitely worth every penny spent here!

I required a very short notice (2 days) order of club embroidered kit for 2 of my sons ( 3 bits of kit each) and when I asked Dave just took it on and got it sorted. Cathy was then keeping me up to date with the delivery, invoicing and collection.The result was my boys attending the Strathallan rugby camp able to proudly wear their Strathie Sharks kit.I cannot thank you guys enough for all of that effort above and beyond what was already a great service.
