Excellent breakfast , missed it being away fir awhile , definitely worth a visit , just avoid the busy time 10.30 to 12 seemed very busy which is always a good sign of good quality local produce

I love the breakfasts here, and it’s convenient for my commute. Most recently I had an example of triple-carb brilliance: hash brown, fried potatoes, fried bread. YES.

Not visited in ages so looked forward to having a good breakfast when I visited a couple of weeks ago. Usually we go to the A48 old village shop cafe by Bonvilston since my work area changed so this was a treat.Busy as to be expected, both sit down and take away but was served relatively quick. Food was being cooked fresh to order.Ordered a mega breakfast as a take away and unfortunately I did take it away and not eat on site .Unfortunately because I found not one, but two hairs in it! Extremely disappointed to say the least because it tasted great until that point :( Luckily I only ate a few mouthfuls before finding them and promptly threw the rest away which was an awful waste.The other issue was the tray was not wrapped in foil so it leaked out.Had I not been going to work and unable to return I would have gone straight back but I wasn't able on the day. Haven't been back since

I've not been to the diner in ages, I used to come here as a little girl with my dad Colin, as he's a retired lorry driver. I walked in to the yard with my son, my husband and we went to find out seats and table. Excellent choice of food avalible, superbly price.We had a look at the menu , ordered and waited. Only as short wait and the food was ready, OMG the food was to die for. Huge rashers of bacon, perfectly cooked, in a huge bun that was so fresh I couldn't wait to eat. Every mouthful was out of this world, My husband had a cracking sized breakfast that was cooked to order, he also loved every mouthful of his food, My son also thought his food was divine. It was so heart warming to see that the diner is still open after all these years, I'm fairly sure its the same owner from when I was little. Fair play I'm looking forward to my next food and visit, I can't wait. Highly highly recommended by my son, my husband and myself. Thanks again.

Breakfasts are great. A little gem of a cafe on the way home from work. Friendly staff. Good food. What more do you want! I am now a regular.

Amazing staff , very friendly. Food and service was amazing. Took my daughter as she was off school from having an op and the staff couldnt do enough for her . Would highly recommend and will definatly be back.
