I hired a van 2 times (hourly) and each time fuel card is missing from the vehicle, I have to wait until the assistance call me , need to fill the vehicle in fuel using my card then have to wait until I get the refund , I am still waiting to respond my email.Bad service

It’s ok, expensive. However, returning on a weekend when the store is open is a nightmare. Ignorant customers park where the vans are meant to be returned to, so it’s not ideal and the car park gets full. Costco wouldn’t ticket the ignorant customer either. People are so lazy and rude!

I was going to book online for a months rental . It asked me to select pick up up but apparently the only sheffield is in the USA and Costco is in Bristol. Suggest they change their web designer
