Pros - Lovely place, lots of areas of play (mostly all in one framework but under 4's area is completely self contained) rhyme time session with Hairy the mascot was great fun. Food delicious. Midweek unlimited play session is very cost effective. Lots of sensory areas. Can essentially reserve area in the cafe and have signs you can leave to tell staff not to clear away, can also continue to play, and table number will be called when food is ready. The under 4's area has a reasonably decent bit of play frame for the climbers and lots of floor activities for the non mobile, too.Cons - upstairs can be accessed via the soft play framework, my 3yo is willing and able to play alone when contained and I can monitor from a distance, but access to the top floor meant he could leave the framework so not ideal

Have children and don't know what to do on a rainy day? Then this is the place where you need to go! Best suitable for toddlers, Head Over Heels in Chorlton offers a good variety of fun, mostly slides and climbing where kids who can already walk have the best fun. There is a small space for babies with sensory rooms but to be honest they could do more to let the poor mini us enjoy, like placing more toys for example. Anyway me and my 10 month old daughter had a really good day. The place also has one café on each floor. The one at the ground floor is bigger and offers more selection of food. One thing I didn't like was the high volume of music blasted, it was already very busy with screaming children running all over the place, we didn't need also loud music killing our ears.

So we’ve been to this head over heals and also the one in Cheadle. The one in Cheadle is much better for toddlers. It’s also quite expensive and cost just over £26 for my toddler and two adults so I’m not surprised it was quiet in the school holidays. That being said my son had a great time and that’s the main thing. The pizza in the cafe was absolutely delicious too ☺️

Our first time here today. Big spacious place for kids to play and parents to sit down and pass the time while kids play. Play equipment is really good and we had a fantastic time. Easy to find if you don't drive. Cafe stuff is polite and friendly. On a downside I found reception stuff a bit abrupt. Cafe prices are overpriced so is the charge to come in. 4 star for the atmosphere and a lovely time. Reception stuff could do a bit better with customer service and food prices could be a bit cheaper.

The place is perfect. Clean and warm, I don’t agree with no food from outside policy. What happens if you have a child with Autism and has eating disorders? You can’t have all the options for every child but you expect all children to eat the same or even adults. But still a great place. We stayed from 9.30am to 1.30pm and the children enjoyed every minute.

Kids love it the sensory area perfect for my autistic nephew, the most clean soft play I’ve ever been too, usually hate soft play areas because they look run down and grubby but love it here always clean and so much to do. Will be back soon

This is our favourite place to take the kids whenever visiting from London. Have been here twice now and can wholeheartedly say every time is the best soft-play experience our children have had. So much to do, good price for the amazing, wide range of facilities and the fact they give a minimum of 1.5hours, staff are extremely friendly. Will definitely be returning!

I love this place, it’s clean and lots to do for the babies/ toddlers.I prefer to go during term time as the sessions are unlimited so you can take as long as you want. The staff are friendly and always helpful too.Lots of sensory for the little ones but it is slightly pricey, so would only go as a treat for the little one.

My son had his 4th birthday on Saturday afternoon and Caitlin and Chantelle could not have done more.I originally had a bad experience over the phone a few days before with one of their colleagues and was quite worried as the conversation felt rushed and I could not ask all the questions I had, but all worries were lifted when the girls took the time to answer my questions and ensure everything I wanted to do was possible.Everything was taken care of and my husband and I just had to enjoy the party. The children absolutely loved it and had a great deal of fun (and so did the parents!).I would highly recommend Head over Heels to any parents who want a stress free birthday.Thank you again Caitlin and Chantelle!
