Creams Cafe Cheltenham
Fantastic service whilst visiting as a family with our young son. Cafe was clean and we were greeted warmly on arrival. Service was quick and we only waited 10 mins for our order. Everything exactly as expected with our food and drink. The guy serving was very welcoming and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy. Don't be put off by some of the reviews go see for yourself.

Fantastic ice-cream and waffles. The staff were courteous and prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity. Would recommend this place highly. Just an advice to the tremendous team to keep some drinking tap water.

Even though the food is good/ decent, the staff behaviour is absolutely ridiculous. The lady at the tills was super rude as if I asked her the food for free. I was here on Sunday, 9th December at around 9:30PM if you guys decide to look into who it was.

Had a great time at Creams Cheltenham, and had good service by the staff. Loved the funky interior…but enjoyed my Giant Oreo Sundae even more ;) 40th bday treat done!

Although the ice creams look absolutely amazing, I think the taste was very bland, not much flavour to it. I was expecting a much more high end ingredients, considering it's quite pricey (£8.95 for a Sundae). It was a nice experience, but probably will not return anytime soon.

We were greeted by a very nice lady who showed us to our seats. She had fantastic customer service I was actually amazed and wasn’t expecting it. The food was fast although didn’t come out at the same time. We had waffles and cookie dough which was absolutely delicious. The environment was nice too. Lovely displays and not too loud.

We walked past here a few times and the kids were desperate to go in, so we eventually made a visit and we're very impressed! The waffles are delicious - light and fluffy and incredibly luxurious! Ice-cream is also delicious and lots of flavours available, and some of the most reasonably priced bubble tea I've encountered! The staff were lovely and friendly and we will absolutely be visiting again! My only criticism is that I'd have preferred a little something savoury and whilst there is a small section on the menu for savoury it wasn't my kind of thing. Next time it will be grab a bite somewhere else, save room for a sweet treat and then get over to Creams to indulge!! :-) very highly recommended!
