Whilst on holiday in Kingsand we had a problem with our outboard engine and couldn't find anyone locally to assist, but managed to track down Tad, a mobile engineer who was working at Neptune and was really helpful. He traced the fault quickly but the engine wasn't quickly repairable so our boating plans were dashed. However he rang next day to offer an engine on loan for the remainder of our stay.
