Hi was in game today had a bit of trouble reaching items I wanted to check size for asked the girl on the till for help to see if she could look and check the sizes pointed to me and told me we're they were told her I couldn't reach told me there were some more at the front not very helpful at all shop was empty so there shouldn't have been any problem for her to check for me went down to to jd sports young guy served me and I got what I was looking for very disappointed with game

Very disappointed, calculated the price of 3 games on my phone and it was £47.50, but the cashier made a mistake almost costing me an extra £9, then gave me Watch Dogs 1 instead of 2, have to go all the way back now. Thanks game.

On Friday 2nd March I was down visiting family in the area and my daughter got it in her head that she wanted a new game my daughter has autism and got herself very upset and i knew it would of been hard getting home in the snow with her so worked up we got to the shop as it was just about to close and the guy that worked there was so understanding and let us in he didn't rush us and was so helpful and nice to my daughter I just want to say a big thank u I didn't get ur name but I hope u see this u r a star

Looking to trade a console in, staff member very negative from start to finish. On return after test apparently unable to connect controller to console, and refused to accept it( even though it was played this morning).Trading in games and getting a refund on an item and staff member required assistance from other staff on several occasions, what should have a straight forward process became a lengthy one.Not impressed
