I had two stoves installed 11 months ago. I tried to light one of them after summer, the whole room filled with smoke. I repeated this over two weeks the same thing happened, it took days to get rid of the smoke. the walls and decoration were black.I telephoned the man I'd dealt with outlining the problem, he said nowt to do with what we did"; having never come to inspect the stove

very efficient friendly , nothing to much trouble kept working till all was done and left it very clean and tidy .would recommend if you wanting a new fireplace wood burner .
