The worst letting agents yo can think of. I advise anyone to stay clear they hire cowboy builders. Was with them 10 years and took them 10 years to do any work, then tried blaming me for the property they left neglected. Still waiting for kitchen floor to be done knowing I have children and need to cook for them which has taking them 4 weeks.

There houses are falling apart then when u ring and report the issue's they promise u one of there unqualified lackies will come and amend said problem..... surprise surprise no one shows....ended up having to report them to the rogue landlord team at the council

Terrible. Temporary house share was filthy but worse of all, someone gained access to my locked room and stole property of mine. Tried to contact landlord but no answer.

Excellent work with taps I really like the place sham is good and the service are the best work with logos on the clothes better the Bembridge flat as that place was a dump nice work hope to stay for a for a while

They have ruined many areas with their lazy attitude towards tenants and their properties! Their rates are insane and I've seen first hand the misery they've caused the people who use them. I called them previously to complain about one of their properties and once I finally got thru to someone, they weren't helpful and refused to file my complaint. After a a few months of them owning a house, half the neighbours moved away as the street became a slum! Their tenants had caused so much damage and they knew about it. Don't do dealings with them and if you see one of their signs in your street.. I suggest moving.
