After the phone call, I was informed that my 17-year-old daughter is not suitable for treatment in Insight ,because she was in the hospital due low potassium and they also have waiting lists , (off-putting approach ) ...soI have to wait for the NHS treatment .I choose myself a private clinic to pay and not to wait for weeks in queues in Covid times .Looks like this clinic treats only the healthy ..sorry but disappointed X
