I asked for them to supply an extractor rod for my roller cones.I was really surprised at the customer service,given byJACK .WHAT A PRO!!!!.

Brilliant customer service, especially from Geoff. Was sent complete spools when I asked for line clips so very happy

Don't know what has happened to the quality of the hook to nylon have used several different packets and the hooks keep failing just left with the spiral piece of line which was attached to the spade end you must think about fish wellfair and not getting them manufactured as cheap as possible

In the best possible way, what a cracking “old school” company Drennan International is. I’ve been using their products since the late 70’s & I have never had an issue or complaint. What is a huge credit to Drennan & an acknowledgment of their intent, is the fact they will still deal with individual customers directly (so many big companies don’t these days) & the phone is answered instantly every time you ring. “Jack” the young chap (he certainly sounded young) I’ve spoken to on a couple of occasions in the last year or so couldn’t be any more polite or helpful than he is, a real credit to the company. Excellent products backed up by fantastic customer service, Drennan is a company that continues to remain at the top of their game, long may that continue.

Brilliant company and very helpful with information regarding products

Bought size 12 eyed barbless push stop carp hair rigs to 12inch 5lb strain. During the spell 2 rigs came apart with small fish to 2lb appropriately the line was spiral at the end where it had been tied to the hook. Not good quality at all. Expecting better
