Would of given less if could. But Most of doctors + certain nurses have always been great especially with my daughter basically diagnosed her leukaemia over phonecall 11yrs ago. But best av. left now, + whats left i wouldn't recommend to my enemies let lone v.ill + elderly last time i had f2f 2018 As the Receptionists deciding if ur ill enuf. 4 poxy call from doctor. Also stopped repeat script of cocodamol 4 twist and severe arthritis in spine and knees hands ect. Get better service if a junkie/alcky as withdrawal im going to suffer as had painkillers for to long to just stop suddenly don't want 2 think about it

Edward is extremely polite and his advice on my medication was great. Everyone from reception to the GP's are so nice, helpful. Emergency referrals for cancer and tests are so quick between the surgery and Victoria Hospital my husband is doing so well now. Thankyou for all you do.

Phoned on Monday asking for an appointment and was told to ring Wednesday which I was fine with.Phoned Wednesday morning at 8 o’clock as instructed was in a queue of 9 people. Get to line one in queue and the phone gets put down on me.I tried ringing multiple times just to get a voice message saying staff are busy right now and can’t answer the phone. Finally get into a queue at 10:15 just to be told it’s all full and try again tomorrow.

Very pleased with the care I’ve received from this surgery and Dr. Fernandes. Hannah and Holly are wonderful to communicate with, very efficient. I have a rare and invisible genetic illness and my experience with doctors in the past has been absolutely awful, and I’m pretty traumatized from it. This is the first time I’ve felt safe and like someone cares about treating me with dignity and respect and curiosity about my confusing symptoms. I can’t speak to other doctors at the surgery, but Dr. Fernandes is definitely an absolute class act.

Book Bowling on a weekly basis staff very friendly. Also use cafe again staff friendly. Parking good.

3 years since I attended this practice with back & hip issues. Yet to have a scan or even a physical examination. Despite Health Secretary stating that NHS is open, this surgery seems to be totally disinterested. Been with this surgery many years, but am at the point where I'm considering filing a medical negligence claim. Pretty disgraceful

This practice needs to stop hiding behind the Covid-19 pandemic and start caring for it's patients properly. It is even more difficult to get an appointment to see doctor face to face. To be told to make it quick as I haven't got much time" by a doctor on a phone appointment is not acceptable. Patients need support and be able to visit their doctor not everyone is capable of sending pictures or making video calls."

I had a nice, early appointment today so parking was easy. For some reason they've made the carpark one way which makes it more awkward than it already was, in my opinion. It is usually pretty short on parking !! Hardly anyone else waiting today, either. Saw a lovely nurse and although the receptionist was held up by one tricky customer, the receptionist out back spotted this and she came out to answer a query I had

Reception colleagues are always very helpful and friendly, and always have answers to my queries, both over the phone or in person. All the Nurses and Doctors we've seen as a family all work very hard, and have always been very attentive and helpful, and taken our medical concerns seriously. The practice is the best we've ever been to and I've not got a single bad word to say about any of it. Thank you!
