Fantastic people and service! Rachel is really helpful, gave me advice on the right van hire for my requirements. The van was ready from 8am on the day I hired and was clean and easy to drive. I was recommended to use AVH and I couldn't recommend highly enough having now used them.

Brillant service. Rental van was spotless and had a full tank . Staff was friendly and helpful. When you finish fill the tank with diesel or petrol you know how much you spent on the rental van which is good so you don't have to guess how much you need to fill up the van. Will use again in the future

These guys are so easy to deal with, reasonable rates, perfect little run around car. Explained everything clearly, very refreshing to receive such great customer service! Each time I called with questions they were prompt and friendly! Highly recommended!

The younger woman who answered my phone call and figure out how to put the clutch in reverse was AWESOME at her job. Customer service jobs should be done how she does it. High five to her. Also when we returned the van a gentleman gave us a ride to the train station since there were no taxis available. The van was great to drive. Only complaint is when you pick up the car/van they force you to do an Austin Powers 15 point turnaround instead of just parking the vehicle the other way around, thus making it a 2 pt exit.

Brilliant service. Easy to book, collect and drop off and great with the timings. Good price. Van was clean and perfect for what we needed. Quick and very professional lady (Chloe) in the office and helpful with our needs.Would definitely recommend and use again!

I don't normally do reviews but need to - I have used AVH more and more over the years and they are now my immediate go-to. They couldn't be more helpful, the vehicles are always great, service and prices always the best. I would go nowhere else, they were even flexible on return timings when we got stuck in traffic and didn't charge us extra. No brainer - use AVH. See you soon!
