Looking forward to the keys.

Rubbish building. There is water leakage from upstairs and no one fixed it. The ceiling is damaged after I moved out and the whole apartment was wet. The problem was reported in May but nothing was done, resulting in a worse situation. The quality of this building is setting up a new standard. Not to buy & rent.

Amazing location, walking distance to city centre, close to old trafford stadium and the trafford centre, very clean and tidy building, would definitely recommend

I've never seen such horrible quality of a new build property
