Mountain OV is an outstanding provider of whole house water filtration systems! We recently had their team install one at our home and I couldn't be more satisfied with the superior service we received. From the initial phone call, to the day the system was installed, Mountain OV's employees were courteous and professional. The installation process was quick and efficient, leaving us with a top-of-the-line system that gives us fresh and clean water from every faucet in our house.

Review update: Aug 23 - Mountain OV contacted us based on this review and resolved the issue with our water filter system- They had an issue with their email communication apparently.We will see how the latest instal goes.We had a 3 part whole house water filter system installed in Jan 23.We have emailed MountainOV several times to get assistance and their chat bot on their site - no reply. They don't have a customer service phone - would recommend they instal one. But in fairness, they did resolve the issue on this occasion and we hope to have ongoing support from now on.
