I have been waiting 12 working days for an extension to my license due to a manual dbs every time you call them wait another 10 working days the license has already been paid for at the beginning of the year but still no extension for license.They just don’t seem to understand that this is my livelihood and I’ve been off road for 8 days no income coming can’t pay bills can’t work.Absolutely horrendous service to say the least very stressed at the moment.

Visit this place quite a lot as I take the company cars to get their taxi plates. The staff are brilliant, extremely patient (believe me when I say some of the 'customers' are more than 'trying') not to mention, friendly. I have a lot of respect for the staff seeing the jobs they have to do, and what they deal with daily. Would recommend highly. Keep up the good work guys. Barbie x

Terrible service. They do not answer the phone and have ignored me for months. I have passed all their checks yet they have ignored my application and are not processing it. Constantly back and forth with this council everytime you contact them they say 10 working days for a response and then make you wait even longer than 10 working days. How can they even be allowed to do this I don’t understand.

Absolutely appalling service i went to pick my plates at 3pm i was waiting there until 4pm and a staff member was shouting at drivers its my vodka time you are ruining" whilst all the seniors were laughing in the office (about 37 of them)at her antics i felt as though they were making a mockery of the drivers we all felt as though we had no dignity. As we were spoken to in such a vulgar manner it was quite clear the staff were showing there privileged colours. I managed to pick my plates this time but never again"

NOT VERY HELPFULL IT TAKES SUCH A LONG TIME TO GET A RESPONCE OF THEM AND I GOT TOLD I HAVE TO SIT AND WAIT FOR 16 WEEKS BECAUSE I HAVE A 1 ALPHABET ERROR ON 1 OF MY DOCUMENT I HAVE ALREADY WAITED 3 MONTHS TO GET MY DBS AND PASS THE TEST THEY SHOULD ADVERTISE THEY IT TAKES 5 MONTHS TO GET A NEW LICENCE

Very disappointed with renewal processing time, If you’re heading for renewal PH badge , be ready to sit at home for long.Out of work since 17-07-23,Applied badge on 23-05-23Dbs & update service ref (Everything) was provided 05-07-23After 10 days Officer Daniel hall didn’t checked the Email properly & sent an email saying send again Dbs update ref which was already provided in 05-07-23 Email.Since than I’m chasing them & out of work, bills are on my head 4 kids to feed , I’m only working in home & this PH is my only work atm but they don’t bother.I’m so disappointed

Greedy council, I have applied 2month a go for the PHL renewal they don’t care how long you stay home from working they don’t do by list.if you pay them extra for the fast application they do for you quick ,while someone apply before you.I may back to the road soon with Birmingham city council,L While greedy wolves c waiting me to pay them for fast track.
