Very helpful - Will the member of staff at the Watch Lab in the Victoria Centre Nottingham was especially helpful and carefully removed a half-link from my Certina watch .Will was friendly, professional and very informative.Highly recommended.

Had to have my Tag Heuer watch battery replaced. It was done inside 30 minutes. The guy that did it advised me that a service would be beneficial and gave me a cost and how long it may take. It was more than I wanted to spend but decided to go ahead with it. He gave me all the information I needed with regards what the service would detail and as much as there were customers waiting to be served (as he was on his own) he was really thorough. He told me that some people had been really rude to him and because of the impending lockdown were demanding their watches back repaired despite him advising this may not happen. Whoever these people are, there is no need to treat this guy so poorly or be rude!!! This assistant is professional and I wouldn't go anywhere else and do have a choice as lots of other jewellers nearby. Thank you for giving me confidence and trust to leave my watch in your care as it's very valuable to me. Absolute a first class service because of this young man. A++++++++

Extremely professional! Extremely knowledgeable and just all out great service.I use these guys all the time and they are brilliant.

After being let down by another second rate so-called watch repair service i had high hopes for these guys, but again they didn't cut it. Had a new movement installed in an 25 year old watch but they didn't reseal it properly, in fact they forgot to replace the actual rubber seal and close the back properly! You can't get anymore incompetent than that. Had another quote for a second watch and it was more that the watch was cost me £150. These types of places are a waste of time, i would recommend anyone going to either the jeweller you originally bought the watch from, or a well established highly skilled watchmaker, it will cost you more but you can have piece of mind that they did a 100% proper repair/service that will last for many years.

Absolutely fantastic. After Goldsmiths totally screwed up my last battery change, it was so refreshing to find someone who not only provided an excellent and totally professional one hour service but did it for a third of the price. I’ll definitely be back.

Colin Stuart was very friendly and efficient dealing with me even though the shop was busy. he told me how much it was all going to cost and approximately how long it would take. After a week or so I was contacted by Clare Kitchener who told me there was another fault that needed sorting. The watch came back quicker than I anticipated and looked almost as good as new.All the staff are friendly and seem quite knowledgeable which is reassuring. I have been to the shop several times over the last 3 years or so and always had excellent service.
