Got hooked by one of their guys walking the neighbourhood, and didn't seem the harm in getting a quote. Roger turned up and showed us the new window style, we got a count of the work needing doing, and he came back with a price that actually didn't scare me! A few weeks later the guys turned up and replaced 11 windows and doors, up and downstairs, in 2 days! Insane speed, I just kept them topped up with tea.I was going to write how, while really nice looking, and how much better they allow the house to breath, I wasn't so sure how well they'd cope in a heat wave, until I realised we were already in the middle of one! We've had no fans or AC running, just open vents and open windows on the shady side. Such a good upgrade over the old uPVC windows we had.

Double Glazing windows replaced in the whole of the house and French Doors replaced with lower threshold (smiles all round) double glazed.From the moment the Sales guy knocked on our door, to arranging an appointment to discuss requirements (at an agreed time and date by myself) - a follow up phone call received to confirm meeting still ok, to the Rep arriving on time and discussing thoroughly and knowledgably our requirements.Quote receivedTo a second appointment before installation to check the measurements inside and outside the windows and doors.To installation date - the guys arrived on time on both days - the work was completed in the time quoted.This Company I cannot fault.I have since received a follow up phone call to make sure we are still happy with the product - and to remind me we have a 10 year guarantee.Everyone I have dealt with at this Company have been very professional, friendly, courteous and most importantly knowledgeable of the products they are installing.If I had any windows left to replace (of which I do not - unless we move) I wouldn't hesitate to contact them.Thank you most of all - for the peace of mind of beautiful looking, warm -non drafty! and waterproof windows!

I had my original doors and windows fitted by Majestic windows over 18 years ago after comparing them with similar companies. There prices suited my budget and their customer service for a relatively new company was superb.Now needing new windows and doors, I wanted to stay loyal to a local business but also needed the same level of service as previously experienced. However, not sure of the market competition, I requested quotes from a number of different suppliers. This was disappointing as other companies either did not reply or were slow an unresponsive and left me to do most of the chasing which is not what I wanted.However, this where Majestic Designs stood out! They responded very quickly to my initial enquiry and guided me through the process and options that were suitable for my budget and needs. When explaining what was available they covered many different possibilities and provided a great deal of options that were possible before final agreement.Following the initial consultation they managed the whole process incredibly timely and efficient. This is the second time I have used them for a door and window installation and would highly recommend them for anyone wanting the same.It’s great to experience such a great level of service over such a long period of time. A very pleasant sales and fitting experience from start to finish. We went to the factory to see the quality of similar doors that were being made before committing. The standard is excellent. Would highly recommend as a company.

I recently had Majestic Designs replace my upstairs windows & must say they were really great. Not only are the windows superb quality but the fitters, Brendon & Brett, did a wonderful job of removing the old windows & installing the new ones:* No damage was caused to any walls or doors in the house when moving the windows.* There was no damage to the window surrounds.*The attention to detail in fitting the new windows was superb, in particular the filling around the new windows, which was scalpel fine.* Everything was left perfectly clean & tidy.It was just like no one had been here!To be honest I wasn't surprised at the quality of the windows or the high standard of the installation as I used Majestic Designs a couple of years ago to replace my downstairs windows & doors & Brendon & Brett were the fitters. Nice to see that the quality & high standards have been maintained.If you're looking for double glazed windows &/or doors have a word with Majestic Designs. You won't get much better.

I would not hesitate in recommending this company, from the initial contact with the designer who was able to go through all our options, the surveyor who listened to our requests and delivered, the builders who were meticulous in their work and extremely friendly and respectful of our property, the bricklayers who have done a fantastic job, the fitters who paid attention to every single little detail, and the office staff who were always extremely polite, helpful and responsive. We love our new space, and will definitely use this company again for any future windows, doors, etc. I don't usually take contact cards from people at the door, but I'm really glad I did on this occasion.

This was the 1st time we have used Majestic windows and we are so pleased with the finished result. From the first engagement with the sales Rep to the surveyor and office staff the whole process was painless. The fitters were professional and took care of our property and you would not know that they had been in the house. The windows are of a very high quality and I would not hesitate in recommending Majestic windows.

I thought Majestic Designs would be a good, local company but was really disappointed with the salesperson who came out to quote for me. He applied a lot of sales tactics and pressure to commit, had exclusive prices" only if I committed straight away whilst they were in the area
