Colin is a great host, friendly helpful & prompt to respond.The apartment was spotless, roomy & cosy & very well equipped.Claremont is close to bus services but also an easy walk into town. Restaurants pubs & supermarkets all in the area.Hazlehead & Duthie Park & the beach all close by.I would definitely recommend staying here & a private parking space is such a bonus.

Stay for 5 weeks. Well situated 10 min walk into Aberdeen town Center.Colin was most helpful. Kept I touch during the stay. The flat was modern & clean and tidy when I arrived. Will happily stay when I go back. 5stars

Great flat in West End of Aberdeen. Property was very clean and super comfortable and supplied with everything you'd need. The onsite parking was handy but local amenities and town centre were just minutes walk away. The owner, Colin, was friendly and answered queries immediately- great communication! Overall a five star experience and I'd have no hesitation in staying here again. Highly recommend.

Colin has been so accommodating to myself and my family as we needed a place to stay very last minute and not only did he manage to get us settled into one of his lovely properties in less than 24 hours he also made sure to check in on us as soon as we arrived and got everything ready for us arriving in such a short space of time. Beautiful accommodation, super clean , super homey and great location. Highly recommend!

Stayed for 4 weeks at Colin’s place. Fantastic and very supportive host. The apartment has all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. Fast Internet, TV, washing machine, two comfortable beds, big kitchen, super clean. Area is fantastic too, the union street is just a 5 minutes walk away. Thanks again to Colin, who made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended.

Very spacious apartment, clean and well located for access to everything we needed. Landlord was extremely helpful and friendly, providing excellent information about local amenities and clear instruction related to access to the apartment. Would absolutely stay again when we next visit!!

My family and I stayed here for scottish swimming championships last year and the accommodation was fab.It was central to everything we needed and a great location for travelling back and forth to the Aberdeen sports centre.
