AQ Sports Massage
Anthony is a brilliant sports masseur. He really knows his stuff and employs effective techniques to help assorted muscle and joint issues. When needed he can get right into a muscle, but he also knows when to be more gentle. He creates a relaxed atmosphere, too. My wife has been to see him a number of times as well. She’s a yoga teacher and she finds Anthony highly skilled and professional. We both highly recommend Anthony.

I have visited Ant for treatment a few times now and have been thrilled with the service and results. From start the start Ant showed professionalism and expertise. Ant’s warmth and friendliness each session, instantly puts me at ease and makes each one as comfortable as they can be.The results have been excellent. After the sessions, I have experienced a noticeable reduction in muscle soreness and knots in my shoulder (my area of problem). It’s been evident that Ant genuinely cares about providing the best possible experience and results, and I look forward to my continued sessions!!

Amazing treatments. He’s helping me get ready for the marathon and continue my golf journey. The treatments have been enjoyable and have been helping with recovery after long runs. Antony has plenty of knowledge especially with my prior injuries I came in with and help with exercises and stretches post treatments. Highly recommend his services.

Antony is the guy you go to when you need your body fixed.I had a niggle in my back for a couple of weeks and it hurt just walking around. After my first session I saw noticeable improvements which was an absolute relief and after another couple of sessions I was walking around brand new!He’s great at explaining what the issue is and what he’s doing to help.I can’t recommend Antony enough for helping me out of my pain!

I recently went to Antony for two sports massages after he was recommended to me by a friend. Antony is super knowledgable and professional - he tailored the massages to aid my marathon and half marathon recovery and really worked into the problem areas and knots. A couple of days later I felt good as new and ready to get the running trainers back on!The massage room is lovely and clean, and Antony made the whole experience very comfortable, with some great tunes on in the background too!I would 100% recommend and will no doubt be back for another sports massage after my next event!

I have been searching for a good sports massage for years as I suffer with fibromyalgia and finally I have found someone where I feel benefit from. Very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Works on the areas that you request and when I’m suffering and need to get in quick, he always makes time. 100% good value for money. Very pleased with the service. Highly recommend.

Have visted a number of times now and can’t stop going back. Antony is very good at what he does and definitely knows how to get into the nooks and crannies. A strangely enjoyable sensation but the end destination is worth the journey as he said.

I was recommended to Antony (AQ Sports Massage) through a friend as I was suffering with a very painful twinge in my back.Antony was very friendly, made me feel relaxed and explained the process. His private treatment room is a nice place and he’s highly qualified in what he does.After a couple of visits my back was much, much better and now I go to see him only for occasional maintenance.I have recommended Antony to friends and family. He’s a good guy and in my case a miracle worker.I can’t recommend him highly enough.
