Sunny Devi Yoga
I shared a summer solstice yoga celebration at the wellbeing centre. It consisted of 108 (an important spiritual number) sun salutations with some live music and some cake! It was a great and cleansing experience.

I have really enjoyed Sunny’s yoga classes. Sunny gently pushes you to challenge yourself and encourages the best technique, safety and modifications for injuries and good breathing throughout. Looking forward to booking to join the next course x
