People shipping things to Kenya please avoid this company.They are thieves my brother used then to ship Clothes and toys for my niece and supplements for my mother.They stole everything and exchanged my niceces new clothes with second hand {thriffted}.Now they dnt want to refund the damages.It's very sad. JUST AVOID at all costs.

Very poor services. If they say they will deliver in 3 months, please be prepared for 6 months.

AVOID fastlane removals like plague. They stole my items to Nairobi and still refuse to pay. They exchanged brand new items with second hand items and other items missing by the time my box got to nairobi. got to a point that i have to take them to trading stadards and court to recover my money. They are rude and after paying them in full someone calls after a few weeks claiming that you still owe them £40. Anyone/ wa kenya wa uganda in leeds call ronnie before you use this company and be informed how thieving this guyz are. If you have had problems with them just take them to court and report to trading standards. Since may 2021 my items never arrived and playing cat and mouse to reimburse . USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.Quick to reply to negative reviews but will never reply to customer concerns. Were the items clearly marked with recipients name and adress ?Yes , were the items instructions supposed to be delivered to kayole children's home?NoDid I have to ask several times about whereabouts of my items and lied to only to discover second hand items / tatters delivered instead of new items handed to you? YESDid I pay for extra transport even after having paid a door to door delivery? YESIs it not ur responsibility to ensure customers items arrive to destinations as directed? And in correct order as collected?? You can answer thatYou might have to explain to the court the day and time you make reimbursement since I have evidence of all communications and the lies. We used Fastlane Removal company to export 3 boxes of clothes and other bits from the UK to Kenya. They collected twice from our home. 1st collection we sent 2 boxes, 1 medium size and 1 large box, a buggy and a car seat in November 2020. This was our first time using this company, upon 1st collection they told us that the 2 boxes and other bits will be delivered end of December 2020.We did get a discount on shipping fees because the driver kept promising to collect on certain dates which he failed to do so.December and January passed nothing had been delivered! Because of Christmas and New years plus covid lockdown we were patient and continued to wait as we thought this could have played a big part in the delay.In February 2021 one box and the car seat was delivered. It was the smaller box the condition of the box was dreadful HALF EMPTY, the box was filthy and damaged. We wanted to know where the larger box was. The amount of times we contacted the company and they kept telling us to wait.Also, the 3rd large box we sent was in December 2020 way before we knew how unprofessional this comapany is. That box is still yet to be delivered and it's now 29th March 2021.After months of contacting the company, the driver finally agreed to give us the owner's number.We called Patrick the Owner numerous of times and all calls and messages were ignored. The driver kept advising us to wait and we all can sort it out amoung ourselves.We were advice from the driver that the box could have been stolen and we can claim £700 and items worth over £700 we must have our own insurance. This was the first time we were told this as our boxes in total were worth £2,000 minium.Finally we spoke to Patrick the owner and it was so heartbreaking the way he dealt with us. He is very arrogant and not a care in the world. He was talking about the company and beating around the bush. We asked him to talk about a refund he refused to give us a refund and said the next box you send with us will be free of charge. We explained the items in the box are worth £2,000Patrick then said if the value of your items are worth more than £2
