We have recently moved into a new property constructed by Clarendon Homes. We are delighted with the home and although we had to wait several months to gain occupancy, due to the effects of Covid on the building industry, the wait as eventually worth it.The assistance that we received from the staff both at the office and site was remarkable especially as we were relocating from Scotland and could not just ‘pop round’ to discuss any issues.A special mention must go to Gareth, Alicia and Andy for all their support over the past 7 or 8 months. Service, in most areas, seems to be a thing of the past, so the service that we received from the team was most welcoming and greatly appreciated.Mervyn and Alison Riches

We found from the start to completion of our new home that communications, workmanship and customer support to be very professional and in our opinion confirming Clarendon Homes to be a first class company.From the offset the Sales Team headed by Gareth were extremely helpful and supportive in meeting our needs for answers, information, expectations, choices and working through the contractual stage to start of build phase. Throughout the build stages to completion Steve and the customer support architectural team and Miles with his onsite staff provided full support and cooperation from start to finish. Then finally after completion and handover the customer services team are providing customer support as required.In all of the above the actions and reactions to customer needs was prompt, professional and efficient. All the staff were polite and always happy to respond to any enquiry giving the feeling that you are a valued customer and your satisfaction is keyWe would certainly recommend Clarendon Homes as a high quality company in all respects including the build standard of their new homes.

Bought a luxury home from Clarendon's. At all stages we were kept informed and consulted on the options available to us. It's a little disappointing that the house was still being worked on externally when we collected the keys at lunchtime on completion day, and over three weeks later we still don't have a working electric garage door. Of course there are various other minor issues, but this is to be expected with any new build and they are being rectified. Overall we are happy with our purchase and with the service we received from Clarendon's.EDIT - 24 Jan - Sadly I am forced to change this review. Nearly three months on from our purchase and our garage door is still not working. We also now have a severe damp problem in the garage, with mould already growing on the walls and any items we have stored in the garage (pics now removed). The rear wall of the garage is built into the hillside and it seems that there is insufficient (on non-existent) damproofing, allowing moisture to seep through the wall, causing the damp. This issue was reported some time ago and Clarendon's seem to be taking a long time fixing it. I am getting to the stage now where I wish I had never bought a property from Clarendon's - I think it's extremely unlikely I would do so again.FURTHER EDIT - 14 Mar - It seems that the damp problem in the garage has now been resolved, simply by adding plenty of ventilation (there was none before). The suggestion in my previous edit of insufficient dampproofing - which now appears to be false - was based on a report by the roofing contractor, who had failed to install the ventilation originally. The contractor's fault, not Clarendon's.

Me and my partner moved into our new build Clarendon home on the 29th January and we couldn’t be happier. The standard of the work is so high and all of the tradesmen on site have been incredibly helpful with any ongoing questions of finishing touches. We were hesitate to go for a new build originally and worried about it being a “rushed” project but this is so far from the truth with Clarendon. No corners cut and a beautiful finish.Thank you to the team at Clarendon for all their support and hard work. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We recently moved into a new build home at Miller’s Meadow in Sandhurst. When we secured our house, it was still at the off-plan stage, so I was able to meet the Clarendon sales team to make some bespoke choices. I came away from that meeting with a very positive impression of a happy and friendly company, with excellent customer service. We were confident that the property would be finished to a high standard. Once the house was completed, it exceeded our expectations and is the nicest new build property we could have hoped for. We once stayed in a stylish and modern holiday home that made us realise what we wanted for a future home. Coincidentally, the interiors in this house are very similar and all of the fixtures and fittings have been carefully chosen to complement each other. Everything is to our taste and we think that Clarendon have got their formula just right when it comes to the interiors of their builds. What’s also lovely is that each house on the development is completely unique, which adds character to what can sometimes be a bland, identikit look. Clarendon’s after care is equally professional, which makes you feel like a valued customer and the after care continues long after you have moved in. We started our journey with Clarendon Homes in July 2022. With this being our first custom build there was a lot for us to process. The team guided and supported us throughout. Gareth and his team have a wealth of knowledge and experience. He welcomed all questions and encouraged communication with us and the team on site. Miles worked with us from foundations to finish. Part of the experience for us was to watch our dream home being built. We had a number of site visits where Miles always ensured our safety was paramount. His highly skilled team took time to work with us and explain features in the house so that we could make decisions.Alecia ensured we made decisions on time to keep in line with the building time scales.Clarendon Homes have helped to make this a once in a life time experience and for that we are truly grateful.

When we entered the market for our 1st home, we were welcomed by so many horror stories about the new builds. New build was our only option as we were aiming to use Govt's help to buy scheme so it was scary to see that a large proportion of new build home owners had issues with build quality, build delays and astronomical development management charges. This did put us off but then we came across Clarendon homes, a regional developer in Kent. We visited a couple of Clarendon sites and immediately felt the build quality difference when compared with other developments we saw in the area. Alecia and Gareth were really helpful throughout the buying process and always provided prompt and honest responses to our queries. Despite of anticipated delays due to pandemic, Clarendon made sure that our house got completed right on time and we were able to move in as planned. Really pleased with the house and enjoying every minute living here. We are sure that our post-sale experience with Clarendon will be as good as the pre-sale was. Highly recommended
