The cinema is now tired looking, and the studio we sat in today was quite chilly. However, the young staff are always lovely and helpful, and work hard to keep the place clean and as comfortable as possible.

Spent a fortune on pre booked tickets to see FNAF. My 15 year old daughter was turned away because she did not have her ID on her. Strangely enough 7 children from her school who are all under 15 and know the staff got in! There was no mention of bringing ID on the Odeon website when I booked. Wasted money on parking, refused reimbursement or an offer to watch another film.

Can't fault it. Never had a bad experience. Staff are friendly and theatres are clean and large. Easy access and plenty of space to move. Never queued for anything and always had a good time watching a movie with the family.

It’s fine, a decent town cinema. The premier seats aren’t really worth it. More leg room but the seats aren’t comfy

My daughter and her friends booked to see a 15+ movie a few days prior to the date. However I was unaware that they had to bring a passport as ID. It was not mentioned on the website or on the tickets, so when they arrived they bought their food and drinks but were denied access into he screening room. All they could do was offer them a refund or go and see a movie for young children. On the website it now says you need to bring ID but didn’t when I booked and I did not receive an email to say this either. So they travelled to Colchester and spent money at the cinema all for nothing.

Only 5 people in for this afternoon film. Film was good & I had a cheap ticket. They need to make it more attractive for people to attend to be worth running the film.

We like this cinema ,we never buy the sweets and snacks because for a family of four it's over £ 80. So it's a treat once every couple of months. If they did at least half price for children I would go more often.......logical Odeon !!!!

Having my first cinema experience in the UK at this cinema was definitely a big mistake. Not being acquainted with the fact that only some screenings would have subtitles I was in the predicament of not understanding half of the dialogues in the movie I saw. The second worst thing was the lights that never went out during the film, I'm used to being in complete darkness. I understand why they were on, to prevent people from a trip hazard, but that issue could be easily resolved by installing lights on the stairs themselves so viewers wouldn't have a beam of light over their head for the whole duration of a movie. All being said, paying £14 for a ticket just to be presented with such a horrible experience is just not justified. Would rather watch it at home, in a more comfortable chair.

Recently discovered the cinema again. So easy and I am not that tech aware. Great helpful staff and very comfortable. Only thing for me was it was too loud. Exciting but a bit loud. Going regularly now.

If any one if going to the fnaf film make sure your child has ID on them on the website it doesn't say challenged as a 18 film. Even if its says its a fifteenth film they will need ID.
