My 2 niece's absolutely love this shop! One we always visit on our clothing shopping trips, they spend ages in here, browsing & then buying, spending a good a chunk of their money, always leave with a couple of bags full, some good bargains to be had, my niece's often get plenty of items for their money, so great value.

Ordered a shirt back in june. Emailed and messaged them on social media with no response. Called them with no response. Eventually got a response on August 24th from a very troubled C.S person. Got my money back which I'm happy about. Very bitter taste dealing with this company.

Ordered two t-shirts email to say there were shipped on 30th june, 8 days later, two emails and telephone calls to shop in bold street , no return emails, no answer from shop, no tracking on items in post ☹

I have to review as possibly only way of getting a response. Ordered 3 items over 3 weeks ago. 2 items delivered despite e mail saying all 3 dispatched. Although I suspect this is simply a genuine mistake my issue is after several e mails, telephone calls (land-line just rings and rings, mobile says incorrect number) and message on twitter I have had no response from Transalpino to my query.The gear I have from them is great, I am not here to slate them but please, someone, check the e mails and get me mTThat's all I

Got four or five tees and they really are brilliant quality - even my missus can't screw 'em up with her ultra-aggressive Chernobyl washing powder and/or super-heated fkin iron. I would seriously recommend that you buy from Transalpino, simply the coolest and the best.
