Good stock, more than most branch's, friendly staff and clean. Got an alternator for my mates b7 audi they was the only one in the midlands to have 1. Great part also off and on in an hour

If I could rate as no stars I would. Absolutely disgusting service. Waited an hour to collect an order, didn’t order the correct part so took it back. Wasn’t given an invoice but it was okay because I got an e-mail stating that was my receipt, went to take the part back and got told that I couldn’t take it back without my invoice, which I had in the form of an e-mail. Persuaded the man behind the desk to look up the order number eventually and loo and behold I could take my part back. It’s unbelievable that employees can’t be bothered to give customer service when that is their responsibility. Went to Cannock euro and the staff there couldn’t have been more helpful.

This place is a joke and the manager thinks he's the biggest comedian.despite 3 times order woul be there his arrogance when only half had arrived in saying that asthe way it is,no apology ,couldnt give a toss , told him what I thought ,orderd from elsewhere and saved 80 quid.Euro partis wont last long if "managers like him are in charge.

One person serving lots of people standing around doing nothing at busy times.Empty cue becomes long wait as poorly organised.Took 15 minutes to deal with two customer and got there order wrong 3 times.Then I got my click and collect. As I walked out the queue had gone from just me waiting to blocking the door so I couldn't get out...

Queue very long outside door Sunday morning 10:50 always a very slow service at this branch been coming for years felt I need to leave a review in hope management does something about it. Not sure if other stores have the same problem ? Oh as I'm writing this one member of staff is outside having a fag?

I Came to pick up break pads and discs. I was made to feel it was my fault. I managed to get a full refund. 'Brook' the woman on reception was agreessive and extremely rude and didn't like the fact that I asked to speak to management. She should not be working with the public.I will be contacting ombudsman

One person serving, a queue out the door, no sense of urgency. 20 minutes waiting to be served whilst watching at least 3 employees in the back office doing nothing to help.

The selling used condition 2 times i both dpf cleaner first is used i see in shop the change an when i come back to my home i open and same used I think someone from staff cleaning dpf for free take 5 news used and back to shop
