Rude staff, documentation does not get where it is supposed too when sent in as do documents to be sent out don't get received. Nobody ever answers the phone. They don't reply to emails at crucial times. They have even sent me personal details of a family of another case. A very cavalier system. Very biased judge's also. How these people have jobs is beyond me. Shameful.

Case pending, the Judges vary from day to day and dont follow through from last instructions. This cause conflict in cases from one Judge to the next, the story of the UK communication problems. At the end of the day money makes the world go around but to be treated like a second class citizen was totally demoralising, the judge was a total highly educated crank that looked down on a case that had so much evidence I could of made hell freeze over. A 'technicality' was fabricated by the defense solicitor who also did not know what to say to me after he had seen my evidence. That's because the truth never lies, corruption, biast, racism against working class citizens all it is is another money making scam scheme.

I required some court documents from a case nearly 20 years ago and I sent an email to Durham CC on Sunday. I got a return call from the law department Monday afternoon and I did not have some required details at hand. The lady dealing with my case gave me time to get my details and rang me back 30 minutes later. I have today (Wednesday) received the required documents via Royal Mail. Outstanding service in my opinion.

Publicly I like the court as brought peace among the peoples

Staff unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Karen in enforcement should hang her head in shame . Never listened to the query , refused to help and was simply rude when all we require is a form to fill in. How they have a job is beyond me

Tried now ringing 15 times a day for 3 days still nobody answers it's a public service and a disgrace!

This is scam. Every letter send by court arrived after deadline for providing documents mentioned in this letter. Sent everything required on the day when received the letter but it was already to late. Was asked to pay £180 to even be listened to. No justice, just mob like practices. Any scammer can go there and ask the court to take money from you even if there was no valid contract. They don't care. It's a machine designed to crash you.
