Went today with our little dog, Otto and we had a great time!Nigel and his wife were really welcoming and friendly and the facilities were ace. Nice little stables to get changed in with heaters for after the session and then the pool itself was really good. Otto had a nice, gentle introduction to get used to the water and then we were free to swim and play with him in the water.Just did a fun swim session and the dog had a great time - we will definitely be returning for more trips!

Regrettably, we caught Covid and had to cancel at relatively short notice, but were not offered a transfer to another time and/or refund.Whilst we appreciate policies exist there was no flexibility or alternatives offered.Pretty poor customer service policies/arrangements given the world as it has existed over the last couple of years, as many other companies have been good in offering flexibility given these unprecedented circumstances.

Absolutely excellent. Top quality facilities that are clean and safe. Nige gave clear instructions and was happy to help us set up blind retrieves for our Labradors. It's quite a hike for us to Dronfield, but despite this I'm sure we'll be back.

Your dog can learn to swim in 100% safety and you can join them if you want! Always a friendly welcome in a clean, safe environment. Can't recommend it enough!

Best doggy swimming place we have ever been to. Luna loves it and Nigel & Alison are so friendly and customer focused. Venue is very safety focussed and there is a lovely doggy friendly pub just round the corner too!
