I've had my hair and my children's done by Gemma and one thing that stands out is how relaxed Gemma makes us feel, especially the kids. It's so hard to get them to sit still but Gemma seems to be able to work around the squiggling which is awesome. I have seen that Gemma is always trying new things so she knows what's available and is able to advise on new products. I would highly recommend Gemma as a family hairdresser. Plus her prices are great and she makes sure she does everything by the book (hair tests etc). Highly recommended!
