We spoke to Stephen Parsons some time ago about potentially selling our house. At the time the market wasn’t great and he advised us that we may want to wait to achieve a better price. Stephen stayed in touch from time to time over several months and, when the market was more favourable, was able to sell our house off market for the price that we had been looking for. Time between viewing and exchange was three weeks! Incredibly experienced agent. We asked Steve Parsons to come and help us sell our flat in SW15 after getting nowhere in over eight months on the market.
