After 2 hour sales pitch gave a final quote of £6000 and expected a £500 deposit there and then. I kept asking for price but he never gave one insisting on finishing his presentation until the end. Good rogue traders material. I'd give zero stars if I could. Garbage company.

If I could leave no stars, I would do so. The customer service is absolutely awful. They have installed the panels, but not provided the service agreed. As soon as we paid a full amount, our phone calls are ignored and the outstanding issues left not sorted. During the installation they have damaged our property and it's impossible to contact them now to arrange any repairs. We will have to take legal actions as this company should not be trading at all. Please avoid this company!

They are scam, they claim a big company but it seems husband and wife scamming people

I am still waiting for a refund. I cancelled my order in Nov,2019.

They have a really good sales team but once they have your money, apart fro actually installing the panels, they dont want to know you. I phoned to get warranth. Still waiting for it even though if has been months since they were installed. No one answered my calls only after phoning several times one day did i get an answer only to be told stop ringing, aggressively, only to be told i was being abusice to their members of staff but as i hadnt spoken to anyone i am jot sure how that could of happend!!! Its in get your money and out. Do not let tgem in your door aa tgey will not leave without a deposit and a signed contract

Absolute scam, don’t fall for it. A sales person came to our house for servay after spending 2 hour of discussions he didn’t tell us the price and at the end he was not willing to leave our house without locking the deal. His suspicious behaviour made us to research about the company, no office in Leeds, website was disabled and he didn’t leave anything (visiting card or number) to contact him back. Shocking !!!

They rang to make an appointment for an assessor to visit but said they wouldn't be able to leave any information about their products, costs etc without I requested it. I got the impression they expected me to sign on the dotted line there and then!! Not a chance.
