Nuad Thai Massage

I have just paid £33 for a wonderful 30-minute for a deep tissue back and shoulder massage.I booked same day and arrived early, but fortunately they could fit me in. I asked for a very firm massage and FIRM it was. I believe my masseuse was called Pritti (sorry if that is wrong).The level of detail she went into was incredible. She initially used her elbows to loosen up my muscles before going into the knots and fibres that we causing me issues. You will be pleased to hear that she found EVERY last knot. At times I was at my limit but 'no pain, no gain', right?Going to the gym 4 times a weeks means my back and shoulders are always taking a hammering. I also hadn't had a massage since before covid so this was my initiation back! I will thank these guys in a few days when my neck, shoulders and back are looser.Having been a Nuad customer in the past, I knew what to expect. The level of service, politeness and cleanliness is exceptional. The ambience is relaxing, the rooms warm and the towels soft.I am planning to book a session every 2 weeks now to stay on top of things. 5-Star service. Highly recommended.

My first ever massage. I had no idea a Thai massage was so vigorous. I had a hour full body treatment. Overall not a bad experience but I was suffering from a back issue and was unable to appreciate the experience fully. Can't say if the massage made any difference to my back problem. The following day you will feel it.The decor in the booth needs updating and I think I may have got some insect bites whilst there (but I may have gotten them elsewhere)

The lady at the front desk (hampton) was very quick and efficient. The young petite masseuse was amazing. More strength in her then I thought. Will definitely come back as she identified spots that needed working on without me mentioning it and really done an amazing job. Thank you

I get the deep tissue massage monthly, amazing service. They cater to all my needs, unknotting all my knots and they help release the stress from my head. Would really recommend, it’s worth the £££

I've been here twice! i had a massage this afternoon and it was wonderful yet again! The staff are so kind and professional! Its very clean and Covid safe! I feel less stressed and my shoulder muscles felt less painful and tight as soon as the massage was over! I will be visiting here often!!! Thank you so much :)

No customer care even after I explained my lower back injury just gave me elbows and Sandra tried to climb my back with her knee first, even though I explained several times my lumbar spinal injury. No medical experience, very lazy and took payment first and didn’t want to give refund. My husband also called before hand letting them know of the lower back issues and they convinced him that they will be gentle and said we will make sure to ask her again of all her medical conditions before doing the massage but no concern was given just wanted to get it done as soon as possible. Yana the receptionist was also rude and tried to forced me to wear dirty slippers after I told her look they are dirty give me a clean one. She starred at me giving me cuts and then told me to go in the room and said u know what u need to do and walked off?!!!? Disgusting behaviour honestly. I want my full refund. If u want me to remove my review.Refund was given but my opinion still stands.

I had an amazing experience!! The girl who massaged me was excellent and helped me with my rheumatology. I am so happy and will return. They even helped me with booking a taxi back as I didnt know how to do this.I will definitely return. Thank you for your amazing help!

Such an amazing massage. I've had a lot of massages in some high end establishments and can honestly say this was the best massage I've had. My back had some knots and aches so I chose a deep tissue massage. The lady was so thorough and after a day all my pain had gone. The establishment was clean, comfortable and the heated massage bed was a huge bonus. Highly recommend.

A good hours massage, done by a male robot. I felt like a piece of meat. on auto" he asked if there was anywhere that needed extra attention and completely ignored my request. So summing up

Sheeba was so amazing, I had very tense shoulders and back, she took all the knots out… probably the best masseuse I have ever had….Will defo be going back to her
