Ordered a refrigerated display unit on 31 August 2023. Although their website says 1–3 business days for delivery, unit arrived 8 September 2023 – Broken and smashed. Returned with delivery courier with immediate email to confirm refusal of goods due to damage.After many, many, more emails and non-answered phone calls, I received a response on 15 September 2023. I requested a full refund.On 18 September I attempted another contact to chase my refund. No return emails or telephone calls. Complete silence.Due to no contact, I processed a FRAUD dispute with my bank on 4 October 2023. Today, 1 November I received the funds back from my bank.In total, two months from date of order to get a satisfactory result.I implore anyone thinking of using these shysters to avoid at all costs!

The layout is nice but the name is ironic. 1-3 days delivery estimate. Received one item no issue, the other I got promised to get shipping information 3 days after the order and would receive it on the 4th day. Message morning of the 4th day, still no shipping information, get told they'd immediately push for an update, message a few hours later and still no update, reach the end of the day and decide to cancel my order. We'll see how easy that goes down...

Very easy to order the items I wanted today. The items were easy to find on the website with good clear images and details of what I was buying. Excellent price too, considerably cheaper than competitors. Thanks a lot, looking forward to receiving items tomorrow as indicated on the website. I have used you before, so was confident in the shopping experience I would have. Well done!John

Had dealings with this company previously which were ok. Recently have had a major problem with them which they have not resolved still after 7 weeks. Non existent customer service. Don't answer the phone. Don't answer the online chat. I was told they all work from home now and the Director who is the only person allegedly who can make a decision seems to have gone AWOL No wonder from all these bad reviews - he must be in hiding. Disgusting way to treat customers. Left 1 star as unable to leave no stars.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Been waiting 2 weeks for my item to arrive. Company does not answer phone calls and gives false promises via email. I have done a chargeback via the bank and will take my business elsewhere. Avoid!!!

What a waste of time, placed an order for two pop corn machines stated delivery within 3-5 days, didn't arrive was told its shipped waiting tracking number, 3 more days go by still not sign of it and now we are 1 day before the event causing major disruption. Decided to cancel the order still no refund, chased up the status for my refund as they have my money for over 3 weeks £700 and now they have blocked my number which is shocking. Thankfully paid by paypal and they are disputing the order with a refund. Avoid avoid and avoid! Total waste of time and stress why treat customers like this how can you run a business in this way, people work hard for their money and you think its acceptable to take their money without goods.

Do not buy from this company!After waiting nearly two weeks for my item and being promised a call back and still no idea when the item would be sent out I asked for a refund. They have refunded and deducted a 25% restocking fee.Will not reply to emails and doesn’t answer the phone to resolve! I

Ordered a Burco 25 litre and when it arrived, it was 2.5 litres. Going back to their website and if you scroll down, in smaller print it does say 2.5 litres. Thing is, I went by their main description and did not scroll right down. They promised me an alternative a few weeks ago and I agreed but are refusing to send it or answer emails now and their phone never picks up. I would be very careful dealing with this company!

In all my years, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They simply take your money, don’t deliver the goods and fail to give you a refund. After placing an order and waiting for 2 weeks decided to give them a call, was told the item was out of stock…why didn’t the tell me! Was told they would issue the refund…it’s now been 7 weeks and still no refund, endless calls with them always promising that refund would be made! I have contacted trading Standards and will be pursuing this matter in the courts, unbelievable!
