Rapid Shine Cleaning

Booked 2 cleaners, only Esther turned up. She came in and looked around, she said it would take more than 2 hours to clean as we have 3 toilets. We said to just do what you can in the 2 hours and just to give it a quick clean not deep clean etc. She then went out to get her cleaning equipment and never came back. Absolutely disgusted with the service. If it was too much work for her she should have just said instead of telling us she would be back after getting her things out of the car. Would NOT recommend and would have given zero stars if we could. Been trying to call her all day and she turned her phone off. Looks very suspect, makes us think why she came in and had a look around. She parked her car very far so we couldn't even see which direction she came from which makes the whole situation look even more suspicious.
