Amazing little shop, friendly atmosphere, lovely staff, wide range of products, all avaliable at a low to mid price (by London standards). I was blown away by how helpful and kind the owner was. I haven't made anything with my brought fabric yet but it looks to be great quality and I can't t wait to use it. As someone who has done a lot of fabric shopping around the world, I have to say this place has become my favourite. Thank you!

Fabulous shop with really helpful staff, owner is often on hand to lend her considerable expertise. Really great range as well - it's unusual to see a bricks and mortar yarn shop cater to a range of prices, they're often too cheap and cheerful or ridiculously high end, but Slipstitch has good quality products at all price ranges.

In readiness for a sock knitting course I was delighted to be able to find West Yorkshire Spinners sock yarn here. Gorgeous and tempting website was easy to use and I love the shop pay button as it’s quick and easy to complete the transaction . My beautiful yarn arrived promptly and in time for me to take with me to my course! I’ll definitely be buying more.

It is such a lovely local shop to go for any knitting needs or other fabric needs. The staff are very knowledgeable and more than happy to offer advice if need be. It's a quaint little shop with a good range and has become my go-to!

The loveliest yarn shop/haberdashery I've ever visited! All of the staff, without fail, are lovely, friendly and helpful and clearly love crafting themselves!The whole shop is laid out beautifully, so it's easy to see everything, have a squish of the yarn and choose the perfect colours. There's a great range of products, all fantastic quality and lots are super affordable!I also did an online class with Slipstitch last tear which was great fun, and gave me so much more confidence with my knitting. I'm really looking forward to doing an in-person class very soon.

A gorgeous shop and such friendly staff! Came here after school for some wool and the lady helped me choose the right wool thickness for my punch needle. So many colours and materials, a cosy shop, and the signs advocating for trans rights are always appreciated. Just a bit expensive, but it is to be expected from an independent and high quality knit store.

Incredibly cute and friendly store! They’re a smaller shop, but the staff are really well informed and kind. They’re willing to help with any project and are great if you’re a beginner or simply tackling a new project!They have a library of books for ideas and samples of projects from the books you can see as examples! Definitely go in!!

Definitely recommend this place! They have a wide selection of yarns ranging from £1.20(from what I can remember) to £18 yarn. They also sold knitting needles, tunisian crochet hooks as well as regular crochet hooks. I promised a friend that I will take her here soon but I just can't find the time
