A compliment to Trudy - receptionist in Green Practice - I spoke to her last Thursday as I was having difficulty receiving my 2nd vaccine and it had been 11 weeks since my 1st vaccine - I had made numerous calls to NHS Helpline to no avail and spoke to Trudy at surgery who arranged an appointment for me which eased my anxiety - I did receive my vaccine yesterday through other means but thank you Trudy for being proactive.

Absolute worst GP practice I've ever set foot in. My opinion... go else where if you want to have the RIGHT treatment. doctors will lose notes of what you've spoken to them about and give you wrong medication and misdiagnosis to the point they have made my illness 10X worse. Doc also told me i have no reason to worry about my health" avoid this place!!!"

The staff at the reception desk asked us to got to another surgery to register someone temporary who was in a visit in Scotland despite having all the paperwork requested in it’s website. Very poor costumer service.

Fantastic reception when I joined this practice. Well done to Muriel who was professional efficient and welcoming. Registering for the online services was easy and quick- so the background colleagues and support staff are obviously on the ball as well. I am almost looking forward to being ill !

Called this morning to book an appointment with the doctor for severe shoulder pain. The receptionist said it would be better to get booked for an xray first and that they can do it on a wednesday afternoon between 3:30-04:00. So i called back at 4pm to make the appointment and the receptionist was very rude and said i had my wires crossed and they cant do it its only for physio appointments!!They used to be a decent surgery but its gone right downhill because of the receptionists attitudes
