Quick and friendly service, with fresh, quality food. It was crowded when we went but service and food were good regardless. QR codes on the table made payment easy and no need to wait.

(13th December 2023/ late afternoon) Food was average, not bad but also nothing special. It took ages for someone to take our order until we actually had to call someone's attention just to at least start ordering the drinks. We had to ask for the kids menu even if it's so obvious that we're with our two year old son. When the food was finally brought to our table, they even got my son's food wrong so we had to ask for them to change it to the correct one. Then one of the staff was rude the way she handled our query prior to settling our bill. Overall, the atmosphere felt awful for us as a family with a toddler, we didn't feel welcome, zero friendliness and professionalism from some of the staff especially the woman who brought our bill. Me and my partner both feel like the staff were just staring at us and judging when our toddler started throwing tantrums after finishing our meal. Overpriced for an average Italian restaurant with a bad customer service. It doesn't matter if the restaurant is in the central London, that doesn't mean that they can act like superior and above others. Not when you're in the food and catering industry.

First time here and I’m impressed.9” pizza pepperoni pizza was amazing with the addition of chili oil to top it off.Spaghetti carbonara had so many flavors to it. The chicken alone melts in your mouth with a unique taste and the bacon was perfect.We had peace Bellini and curious cider which were very refreshing.Staff were very nice.Had the olives for appetizer and those were spot on.

My children and granddaughter went here on Saturday 9th of December. It was very busy but the staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was lovely.I want to thank them for making our visit and experience a great one.So a big thank you to all the staff and I hope the Chef is still wearing my Christmas balls.

We came just before closing. I love that they didn't mention it so we were able to relax and enjoy our food. I had the pixza with goat cheese and added some ham. It was really good and the staff was super friendly.

It was nice overall. Staff was friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is nice and the food was ok, nothing special. We each had one pasta and a meat course and one coffee we paid around 90£ including service.

Came here with a few colleagues just before NYE as our office was nearby. Didn't have to queue for a table for 5 people which was lucky considering it was the busiest period of the year.I went for the lunch portion of king prawns spaghetti and it was honestly the worst pasta I have ever had. Although the portion was huge for a lunch size and its price (especially when they state on the menu that it would be smaller than the a la carte one), I didn't enjoy it much as the flavour was bland and weak. The plating of the pasta was appalling with a red chilli on top with no king" prawns in sight as they were all mini prawns hidden in the spaghetti. The tomato base sauce was so basic and lacked a rich taste of garlic - I had to add a lot of chilli oil to add more flavour to the dish
