I’ve bought from BCA a few times and again just very recently was looking for a smaller car, I spotted a vehicle on the website and instantly knew it was the one for me. Very easy and pleasant buying process, car is lovely. Darren was my salesmen and his customer service was impeccable, So nice to have a place of trust that you know you can turn to time and time again when seeking and purchasing your new family car. their stock is always varied with lots to view to suit everyone and the stock is always reasonably priced. After looking at literally 100's of cars on the internet I bumped into Border City Autos who had the ideal car for what I was looking for.I phoned to make a viewing and with a couple of hours we had bought the car.What was refreshing was the way in which Darren looked after us. Not pushy at all and allowed us to go on a test run without him so we could evaluate it on our own.I have had some very disappointing experiences when buying cars in the past, but not with Border City Autos. When we went back all the staff seemed to know who we were and were exceptionally friendly.Overall a great experience.Love the car we bought.

Scammed again! Thanks a lot !!!! After been scammed with my first car you lot completely scammed me again after u apparently fixed all my car lights and the cracked water bottle in the first week after i first brought the car off u which by the way are still full of condensation, now the clutch has completely gone leaving me completely carless antill a garage can fit it in which is looking at November after buying this car from u at the beginning of April!! I am sick to death of scam artists!! DO NOT FALL FOR THE SALEMAN TALK DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!As i cant replyto your comment i will do so here. It was a month after i told u about it because u couldn't fit it in any sooner! Also my car isn't a hyundia its a Kia?! U were also supposed to fix ALL of the lights as they all had condensation in and u told me u had but they ALL still have condensation in then now!!! So they were not fixed ! The garage has told me the clutch has been would of been worn when i purchased it as its impossible for it to worn to braking point in just under 6 months especially in the very little miles that i do !!! The cars clutch is completely bhst so its undrivable and i live in Penrith as u would know by my history u are in carlisle !! See the issue there?!
