Called in sat,to withdraw a sum of cash,told system down,could not give me any cash.Very little help, very offhand,felt like she could not be bothered.Told nothing she could do.Went to Walkden branch very helpfull,got cash within 5mins even though system still down.

I’ve been with Lloyd’s for a while and the service here is awful, the staff are only bothered about having a chat then serving customers, if I could give 0 star rating I would!

They take at least three hours to answer the phone when I ring for a change order and the Saturdays it's too busy for 2 staff as I can't go to the branch during the week as I work. Even the branch in bolton is closed by the time I leave.

Can't believe you can't take your change to the bank if you've more than 5 bags...Won't be so smart when they lose there jobs and as for the manager what a waste of a title

The worst LLOYDS BANK branch i have ever experienced, very unorganized and always busy for nothing, I'm living in Farnworth but i would rather to go to another branch further away.
