Replacement windows, door and conservatory. Easy to get quote and survey. Fitters Greg and Kevin were excellent, friendly, polite and professional. Did an excellent job. Also had a recent issue with previous job done by the company and despite the time lag since installation, this was resolved to our satisfaction

Over the last 2 years we have had Superseal for new windows and french doors,We Recently have had Superseal Build us a new Conservatory with Bifold doors which we think are great,The whole team have been fantastic, and when we have had a issue ( which is understandable with this type of build) they have been out the next day to solve any issues.Would highly recommend Superseal.

We popped into the Wisbech showroom to enquire about windows and a front door. The salesman took some details and gave us a quote written on a scrap of paper. We arranged for a home visit and the same salesman turned up to measure the three upstairs windows that needed replacing. We asked for specifics including window restrictors as we have young grandchildren staying in the bedrooms from time to time. A surveyor's appointment was made and all our requests were reiterated. A few days later we had a phone call from the company to advise us that incorrect measurements had been taken. I made an appointment to pay my deposit as we still hadn't received any paperwork, the same salesman as before hurriedly wrote out our quote as it still hadn't been prepared. When the fitter arrived he had not been made aware that some of the window rendering would need to be removed prior to fitting, he did not bring any trim and did not get the job completed that day. He said he would return at noon the following day, then rang later to apologise and advise us that he wouldn't be able to finish the job until the day after. Very inconvenient as our son was working nights and had to wait three hours before he could use the bedroom. The windows do look nice and are an improvement on the old ones but they were installed without restrictors despite having a verbal agreement with the salesman that these would be provided. Apparently this request did not make it's way onto the written contract! Sadly, a very poor service and obviously we are taking residual business for a front door and roof sofits elsewhere. A goodwill gesture of installing three restrictors may have resulted in another £1500 of business. Unfortunately, superseal does not offer a super service!

Inappropriate sense of humour about my accent, towards my partner and the faults with the conservatory,he's full of promises but nothing happens , conservatory is almost 5 years old and supposed to be guaranteed for ten years, well so far nothing has been done to honour the guarantee, if this changes I will update my review,Basically I couldn't recommend this company in good mind .

We had new oak windows and front door fitted.The quality is very good and the fitting was both quick and clean.However one of the window sills was chipped and had to be covered up using a touch-up pen.In addition, the sealant around a window and the front door itself was opaque and excessively applied, resulting in it oozing out in places around the trimsWe asked one of the fitters to reseal it with brown sealant and he begrudgingly did so.The 2nd attempt still did not fully resolve the issue and it resulted in the Manager coming to assess it.He agreed and they came back again to reseal it.Sadly, it still was not finished as expected and I had to resort to making good the overall job myselfOverall we are very happy with the quality and appearance of the windows and door and would have given 5 stars were it not for the sloppy fitting of the final trim.

Just had extension built and Superseal installed windows and doors to it. Company also replaced doors and windows to existing house. Quite a large job, with a couple of hiccups along the way (not always the companies fault). Small problems rectified, without any issues. Company goes the extra mile when it comes to customer satisfaction. A good local company.

Super seal hav fitted two new doors in the past. & two lots of French doors. last instalation was today 1/8/23 by Sean & Simon. All doors good quality & work done to a high standard. See before & after pics with this review.

A real shame. The door is very nice quality but the customer service is shocking. Chased up a mistake for weeks without a response. Missed appointments without an apology. Not genuine, lack of empathy. Really very disappointed with the service.In response to your reply, which I think is unfair - I did not cancel the appointment. I originally stated I could not do the day suggested to me due to an appointment at 9:30 and that I would have to leave before 9am. Your employee reassured me you would make it in time, after 8am. I left it till the last possible minute and conveniently I was told you arrived 5 minutes after I left (9am). Perhaps using a recorded phone line would help you understand future customer/staff discrepancies.

A replacement bedroom window completed today by Super Seal. Excellent product construction, feels very solid. Initial enquiry and price for work completed very professionally and quickly. Actual fitter on the day, Simon, arrived promptly, worked very efficiently and quickly and a very sociable informative person. A great asset to your company. Recommend this firm with confidence.

Super Seal were recommended to me by a former customer of theirs. They were excellent from start to finish. Am loving the finished product which consists of new doors on my garage and storeroom. No hesitation in recommending this company. Thank you
