I called to make an appointment with Sophie who usually cuts my hair but was told she doesn't work Thursdays took a star off for not being offered an alternative stylist or appointment with Sophie on another day.

I've been going to Karen Williams for a couple of years now and I have always been really happy with the results. Initially Sophie saved me from a hair disaster and most recently she did me really proud putting my hair up for a special event. Five stars all the time.
