Really good customer service. I went to all the jewellery shops on the road to see prices and liked their selection on offer. I took a long time to pick what I wanted and they weren't pushy. In the end I bought 2 yellow gold rings and happy. Will definitely go back to buy more to buy gold.

We were given a quote for a 22k gold ring last week, came back today to purchase it. Gold price had gone lower than last time and today we were given price even higher the last week. When I questioned the sales lady why that was and told her you had given me a lower price last time. All of a sudden the lady took the ring away from me and put it away and said if you don’t want it then leave.I felt like the woman was drunk or something because of a sudden mood swing and became aggressive and violent as if she wanted to fight/hit me. Last week the same lady was very nice. I had come a long way intending to purchase the ring but seeing this lady’s extremely poor customer service and lack of respect made me walk away.

I have being a customer at seval jewellers for so many years and they are allways the best on price, very polite, trustable people.I will not go any where other than seval jewellers.

Verry nice and friendly stuff there. We use to buy from them from more then 5 years and we will gone a come back there. Many thanks them.
