I come here regularly with my almost 2 year old and she always has so much fun here, and I’m usually greeted by Joanne who’s always so helpful, she literally can’t do enough for us, she makes a real difference to our experience when she’s working we always feel really looked after.

Great play centre, customer service was extremely good and the session was easy to book.Bit pricier than some play centres but worth it. Would say ideally suited to children over age 6 to be able to get the most out of the 90min session.Would have given 5 stars but my daughter sustained a friction burn so I'd advise long sleeve top as well legs being fully covered.

It is a good night out (went to adult night) and can be however you have to watch yourself in general at the place as it’s not all that safe. Without any shoes it’s not really safe. Especially when you walk to the slides, the stairs are quite big and very solid. I broke my foot trying to get down them. I didn’t realise I had broken a bone, as I didn’t really feel all the pain and thought I only twisted it but the floor is very solid. It is actually really easy to be injured and break something so please be careful when you are there and take care of everyone in your tribe! This is not me dissing the place as it actually alright but it’s a warning to generally take care of yourself when you are as it can get nasty being there.

The adult night is really fun but the wait to get In is a too long as it took me 20 mins to get in and some of my friends further back in the queue didn’t get in til nearly 9. Staff were all friendly and security was very thorough so at least everyone was safe in there. Definitely recommend going to the adult night but get there early so you’re at the front of the queue

Great day out for all the family. Great for adults to use as well as kids. We can with a group of 10. The youngest was 3 years old and the oldest was in there 50's and the afternoon season was great for us all.

Had a great time with my two year old and he loved the slides.There is also a toddler specific area, when some sweary teenagers arrived.To note that at the moment, on weekdays, during term time, Kids are getting a lunch included, which is a sandwich, drink and yoghurt.

My family and I renctly visited PlayZone near Plymouth, the venue is situated in an industrial estate, there isn't a huge amount of parking. Inside they have a selection of large slides they also have soft play areas for children to enjoy. They have a cafe onsite where you can buy a selection of hot food and beverages. We had a good afternoon, I found the entry cost reasonable.

The kids enjoyed it.Plenty for them to run around and play on.Parents supervise and also pay to enter (no play attendants).Hourly time slots monitored by wristbands.Overpriced hot dogs and drinks for sale.I think there's also a lot of sweets in the entrance.
