Went in not knowing the first thing about buying carpet, just had measurements for the rooms. Found a carpet I liked but was on the dearer end, staff actually helped me by finding a really similar carpet that was less than half the price and sorted out sizing for what I'd need. Made everything really straight forward for me.They don't offer fitting themselves, but will put you in touch with local carpet fitters and advise how much you can roughly expect to pay for their services. Got what I wanted and whole process couldn't have been simpler.
