An absolutely amazing company! I cannot recommend them enough. I Purchased a portable nebuliser via their website which was easy, hassle free and well priced. Several months later I claimed under the warranty -with ease/no quibble. The company always replies to emails immediately and are always extremely helpful, kind and courteous when doing so. I accidentally sent them the wrong nebuliser to fix and a gentleman called Nigel sorted everything out on my behalf with the manufacturer -When he really didn’t need to as it was my error. Excellent company, excellent customer service, excellent staff. Thoroughly recommend. I will be a lifelong customer now.

I buy ALOT of stuff online and built and maintained e-commerce systems for nearly 20 years. I have NEVER had such fast and efficient customer support and fulfilment of an online order EVER. Nigel responded to my email in less than 2 minutes and I had DPD delivery notification email for next day delivery within 10 minutes of placing my order AND I got a free mask. Amazing. And nebulisers are extremely important and useful devices, particularly in this age of spike protein shedding and (alleged) viral risks. Thank you x

If you’re looking for gold standard customer service, try Evergreen. I needed a replacement part for my 101 year old mother’s nebuliser. Having tried Philips Respironics directly with absolutely no response, and some other London based suppliers (no reply to phone calls and out of stock messages online), I was lucky enough to find Nigel at Evergreen. Not only was he helpful and knowledgeable, he has kindly sent me the part I needed - free of charge! - avoiding our having to buy the whole product just for one small part. Thank you!

I ordered a nebulizer yesterday and it arrived today. Really cheap compared to other shops and good quality item. I sent an email asking about an extra filter that I couldn't find but it turned out to be me not being very smart but the thing that I'm so impressed by is that Nigel rang me within 10 minutes and spoke to me, human to human. That never happens these days and I'm so touched and grateful to him for that. What a wonderful person and company and I will be a repeat customer and will recommend to everyone that needs their items. Thanks for the help and for being so nice!

Excellent business highly recommended.I recently contacted them to get advice on a 2nd nebuliser for my wife. My was answered promptly as was my follow up phone call.They didn't try and sell me the most expensive but were far more interested in advising the best one for the job.I ended up getting the Philips InnoSpire Deluxe which, compared to the existing AC2000 is far nicer looking and much quieter. It was ordered in the Afternoon and arrived the next day with free postage.Cant fault either the business or the product.

Bought a Pari O-PEP in 2020, didn't use until 2022, and by that time I hadn't noticed it was either missing a ball bearing on delivery or I had mislaid it. Probably the latter. But either way Nigel of Evergreen graciously replaced it without charge. That's top quality customer service. It would have been entirely understandable if he hadn't as I'd left it so long.

Great company! The one nebuliser my disabled Aunty had difficulties fitting batteries and a little bit of plastic came off… I e mailed Evergreen and Nigel called me straight away. He arranged a pick up for the nebuliser and then delivery of a different one. Really impressed. My Aunty is happy! Thanks Nigel!
